Many kilos did you lose? So almost four in now one month. I lost eight to ten kilos. Twenty kilos. I have reduced thirty four kg. Five six percent fat, several kilos. I lost nineteen kilos. Nearly twenty five kg. I lost almost thirty kilos. More than down six kgs. PTD is helping me, obviously. I cut the weight. Seventy eight right now. I started with seventy kgs, and we have been working out, and I am now fifty nine point nine kgs. Big indicator for me is I use a weight training belt. When we started, I was on hole number five. I've now easily made it to hole number six and not far off getting to seven. Twenty kilos. I feel more energetic. And at fifty four years of age, I feel strong and fast. I lost around ten percent of my fat, and I gained another forty two percent muscle. When we started ninety days ago, I was ninety one kilos. Today, I am now seventy two kilos. I lost nineteen kilos. I dropped by almost ten percent of total fat. I was weighing somewhere around hundred and eighteen kgs. Now I am eighty four. I have reduced thirty four kgs over four months. Three months on, I've lost my belly fat, got a little bit of a three pack, and I've put on some nice real weight in my upper body. Twenty nearly twenty five kgs. Not missed one day. Follow the plan. Sometimes you think it doesn't gonna work, but at the end of every week, there's a result. I was ninety eight kgs. It's been five weeks. Last five weeks, I'm down six kgs. I am Doctor Ridda Abdullah. I am thirty three years old and mom of two. I have a toddler and an infant. I started working with Natasha after my second baby when I was three months postpartum. When I started, I was around seventy five kgs. She helped me bring me down. Currently, my current weight is fifty seven kgs. My energy levels were really low. I used to get really tired just by carrying my little one. I wanted to go back to my pre pregnancy energy levels. I wanted to bounce back. Natasha is an amazing trainer, amazing coach. She helped me not only with my workouts, but with my nutrition, with how to eat, how to have a positive relation with food. On our first contact on the pre assessment, I actually was about to faint. My energy levels were so bad and I had zero stamina at that time. But right now my sleep has improved, my energy levels have improved, I'm able to play with my toddler, I'm able to carry my infant without feeling fatigued.

I was highly diabetic, and also, I felt very bad seeing myself, so overweight and in not a good shape. I had tried yoga. I had tried boot camp. I had been with the nutritionist. I had gone to some wellness center. None of them worked on me. I'd been doing that for around five, six years, and nothing worked for me. The main thing that I got from you and you implemented was the discipline, the monitoring, the connection that you maintained with me. You made sure that I kept on track, and you made sure you kept me motivated. The results were very fast. In three months, my shape had completely started changing. I lost around twenty five kgs with you guys. I have more energy than people younger to me twenty years now. My kids run here and there, and I'm faster than them. Don't invest in your clothes to look good. Don't buy brand new stuff. Invest in your health.

I was doing some stuff on my own — a little TRX, riding my bike, trying to maintain a basic level of fitness. I injured my wrist, tore the TFCC ligament, was in a cast for six weeks. I'm very busy. I reached out and said, Milos, can you help me with a workout that will keep me in shape without stressing my wrist. You started coming over and used straps and dumbbells. We did it here at home. We initially focused on high intensity cardio and diet. Then we went into the gym, focusing more on muscle mass. Started working with Stefan — more targeted on bodybuilding and putting on mass. He challenged me to set objectives. I said, I want a six pack by the summer. I lost eight to ten kilos over three to four months. You've got nothing to lose except an initial investment, everything to gain. There's a lot of mediocre trainers out there who don't know their stuff. One of the things that gave me confidence was your pedigree — a champion athlete. I knew you were not an average trainer.

Before PTD my waist size was 38 inches Levi's. Now I am wearing 32. Kamran is 52 years old. I selected PTD to become fit and to achieve my goals which I set for myself. I was in a very bad situation once I joined PTD as far as flexibility and movement. I have lost almost 10 kgs of weight. I have reduced lots of fat percentage. Now I am feeling much, much better under the very good guidance and very good team work by PTD. I want to be this person who is motivating others. Now that day has come. I would strongly recommend everyone to come to our professional team — not freelance or something like that. A very competent and very cooperative people like PTD. When I first got into menopause, I could hardly walk. When I got up in the morning, I could hardly raise my arm to switch off the air conditioner because of all the joint pains. So here I was, for the first time in my life, over eighty kilos, and I found PTD. They assigned me to Jimmy. With the constant weight training and getting stronger, none of that exists anymore. The twenty kilos lost — I feel lighter. I feel more energetic. And at fifty four years of age, I feel strong and fast. I can run up the stairs, and I don't get out of breath. So Alex, same place seven and a half, eight months later. Yes — this is where we met first time for assessment, exactly right there in front of the gym. What did we achieve so far? So Vikram, we are training now almost a month. Can you tell me what are the improvements? It's really amazing. I get a very good coaching guidance, mainly on my diet. I changed my diet and my body already changed a lot. I could stop my medicines — diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol. I'm checking every day just to make sure, but it's all normal. Let me tell you a little about my path so far with the PTD program. From day one I started the program, and already four weeks later, I'm seeing results. The belly's gone down. Just getting stronger.
