    Body composition baseline (DEXA, InBody or SECA depending on goal). Movement screen. Training history. Lifestyle audit.     Programming — resistance-first, built around your week

    Three sessions per week is standard. Resistance-first design with compound lifts, progressive load, movement quality. Conditioning slotted in where recovery allows. Sessions adapt week over week — appetite, sleep, dose-escalation, business travel, the morning the meeting blew up the gym. Nutrition plan built around the same constraints: protein target, meal timing, supplement structure.

    Coaching — same PTD-certified coach across all 36 sessions

    Sessions happen wherever wins on the morning: home, building gym, hotel gym, office. Daily WhatsApp accountability between sessions — protein hit, sleep, training day. The coach owns form, programming progression, and any in-session load adjustments. For medical-adjacent cases, the coach coordinates with the prescribing doctor — PTD does not prescribe.

    Tracking — DEXA, InBody, SECA, the tape

    Body composition measured at intake, week 6 and week 12. Strength load, session attendance, protein hit-rate and sleep tracked weekly. Numbers visible to client and coach. Re-assessment at week 12 sets the next 12-week block — same coach, new goal, or maintenance phase.

Let me tell you a little about my path so far with the PTD program. From day one, I started the program, and already four weeks later, I'm seeing results. The belly's gone down. Just getting stronger. Ultimately, it's a case of just doing it. You just gotta make yourself accountable. You just gotta be dedicated. Get to the gym and put the work in.     Programming adapts. Roughly 80% of PTD clients train through travel rather than stop — Zoom sessions, hotel-gym programmes, daily WhatsApp accountability. Subscription clients also have a free 2-week pause every three months.

  5. How is body composition tracked?

    Three points: intake, week 6, week 12. DEXA for full body composition where available, InBody for high-frequency tracking, SECA for follow-up. Strength load, session attendance, protein hit-rate and sleep tracked weekly. Numbers visible to client and coach.

  6. What if I don't click with my assigned coach?

  7. Are all coaches PTD-certified?

    Yes. Every coach completes the internal PTD certification regardless of prior credentials — one month of training. Weekly internal education after that. The system, not the personality, owns the outcome.

  8. How is nutrition coordinated?

    Built around the training programme and the client's constraints. Protein target, meal timing, supplement structure, water. Accountability lives in daily WhatsApp check-ins between sessions. For medical-adjacent cases (GLP-1, diabetes), the plan is coordinated with the prescribing doctor — PTD does not prescribe.
